Throughout his professional career as a Chief Executive Officer, Advisor to CEOs and Corporate Director, Norman Wolfe has successfully guided corporations through major transitions leading to substantial growth, market expansion and enhanced financial performance.

Currently Norman Wolfe is Chairman and CEO of Quantum Leaders, a leading edge consulting company guiding boards and CEOs to improve strategy execution. Norman is the author of the best selling book "The Living Organization®: Transforming Business To Create Extraordinary Results."

A strong business leader with a track record of producing results, Norman is one of the leading experts on executing strategy. His drive and passion to manifest sustainable tangible results led to the creation of The Living Organization®. Many of his clients comment on his insight and ability to see new possibilities for improvement and growth that others cannot perceive.

Prior to starting Quantum Leaders, Mr. Wolfe was a 15-year veteran of Hewlett Packard where he was known as a turnaround agent in the systems engineering, service, administration and sales organizations. As head of Business Operations for the Western Sales Region, he was highly acclaimed for taking a failing $1.2 billion operation and setting new standards of productivity and customer service.

To replicate these tangible results, Norman created The Living Organization® – a robust new business model for describing the visible and invisible forces that will impact, positively and negatively, a company’s results. To support the adoption of this model Norman also created the ARC Framework® for individual and organizational assessment, and the Real Time Execution System (RTE-S™) an execution management process.

Today, Norman continues coaching a select few executives as he promotes and expands The Living Organization’s® set of tools and offerings. He is a highly sought after professional speaker, published author, and a Coachsultant™ to industry leading companies and executives.

Mr. Wolfe is currently Chairman of the Governance committee for National Technical Systems, a $150 million NASDAQ traded company. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of for Web Wise Kids, a nonprofit whose mission is to empower youth to make wise and safe communication choices in the digital world. He is affiliated with prominent C-level membership organizations dedicated to improving conscious business practices, including the Conscious Capitalism Alliance, World Future Society, and others.

Norman is also an ordained Interfaith Minister.
