How do I create an account?
In the upper right hand corner of the website you will see a link labeled Create Account. There you will be able to sign up for your account at
no cost, which will never expire.

Where do I sign up for a class?
Locate the Upcoming Classes on the top navigation bar of the website. There you will see all the current classes for this month. Click on the "Register for Class” link under the class you wish to attend and
your seat will be reserved.

How can I find out more about the classes I want to attend?
You can find out more about the classes by clicking on the “read more” link below every upcoming class. There you will discover what each speaker will be revealing during his or her talk.

What times are the classes going to be held?
The classes are held at 6:00pm Pacific Time/ 9:00pm Eastern Time,
Monday through Thursday. They tend to last 60 minutes and you can view them online to see the presenter’s slides or simply call in to the conference line.

What is the cost to attend these classes?
At MasterUacademy we do not charge anything for our classes. The only subsequent cost to you as a participant is your internet or phone airtime service which you already pay for.

Do I need to sign up for each class separately?
Yes you do, because every class is limited in size due to bandwidth restrictions and each one is also held on a different conference line.

Where do I access the classes that I have registered for?
You will be able to view the class / classes you have signed up for by clicking the tab labeled My Classes. There you will see the dates and times your classes will go live. When they do, you must press on “Click to Launch Class” to access that specific course.

What if I cannot make the class which I signed up for?
If you are unable to attend the class, you can cancel your RSVP on the link located on My Classes.

What if I am having difficulties connecting to a class?
Call GoToWebinar directly at 800-263-6317, and provide them our email address training@masteruacademy.com and they will support you.

Is it possible to get a recorded version of a previous class?
Each class is not recorded, but in the near future, we may decide to make them available for a low nominal fee. Keep an eye out for our upcoming 2.0 version website launch.

How can I advertise on MasterUAcademy?

How can I become a speaker on MasterUAcademy?
